The Deal Master

A serial killer is murdering women with red hair. Detective Gillette and his team are on the hunt, but their investigation turns up empty. A stranger holds vital information but will cooperate only by making deals. Gillette accepts, but each deal comes with a price, plunging the detective into a game for which he is unprepared. The only way out is by striking the ultimate deal.
