In Tanglewood Middle School, the notorious bully Willy Pugg goes about a typical day terrorizing his fellow students and stealing milk money to fund his chocolate bar jones. But what is this menacing, inhuman face that he keeps seeing out of the corner of his eye? Is it just the Pugg's imagination, or is something horribly wrong?
