The Stakeout

"The Stakeout" is another hilarious story in the "Nine Lives Series" of true police adventures. It is an account of one of the most unusual police stakeouts that I was ever assigned to. The full force and high technology of the police department was brought to bare to apprehend the culprit that was using the bathroom on the jogging path in an upscale neighborhood. The suspect was known as the "Serial Dumper". You just can't make this stuff up.
