Tempus Fugit

Frank Barron, serving a sentence for smuggling, learns of a way to make millions of dollars at the government's expense, and all for free. The only glitch, he has to share it with Tony Slye, a biker meth dealer who brought Frank the clue to the process. Perhaps a hundred million dollars would ease the pain of having to deal with Slye. Frank was willing to find out.
