Briefing: Iran's Nuclear Programme & Regional Stability

This briefing argues that completed Iranian nuclearisation, and specifically military nuclearisation, can be a stabilising influence on the Middle East. It is only the current Iranian pursuit of nuclear technology that is destabilising for the region. If Iran attains nuclear weapons, it can even be a stabilising, if proliferative force in the region.
