Josh and Bart had noticed they had some rather strange abilities since they were young. Now, they find two others with similar abilities. The four practice in the park, but were seen by their teacher. Rather than stop them, she takes the task of training them. Six others are found nearby that join the "school". Soon nine of them are having to try and stop one of their own from a life of crime.
