In 2178 Altas Morros, is a member of an elite team who hunt down people known as outsiders. This team is also injected with nanites to increase their connections with the Data Link which is used by New World Central to ensure only citizens walk within the walls. The injections are suppose to help process the vast information being brought in by the link but Altas senses something is wrong
