Hezekiah is an ostracized monarch whose return to the city of Charlotte has sparked a crisis between the Throne and his people. Hezekiah has to balance the need for peace, while at the same time waging a secret war against those who oppose him.
There is no back-up or friends to turn to because they are the enemy. Hezekiah will have to learn to fight his own demons or die by the councils hand.
