A Flash of Murder

The idyllic town of Kittanning finds itself under seige by a serial killer right before the town's season-long 200th anniversary celebration gets underway. Not only are the town's citizens concerned over low attendence and lower profits, but they have no clues as to who this mystery fiend may be. Is it someone new to town, or a life-long resident?
