A story for children between 6 and 12 years years of age. Beryl Ramsbottom is being bullied by Piggy and Slugs the most horrid boys ever to walk the face of the earth. One day, after running away from the boys, she hides under an old oak tree where, with a crash and a thud, Uzzi the goblin drops into her life. Uzzi also has his problems so, with the help of magic they decide to help each other.
