Polly is a 13-year-old girl who moves to a new town when her father loses his job and has to move to gain employment. Her best friend gives her a journal before they say goodbye, and Polly begins writing in it on her first day at her new school. Although she is filled with hope at making friends, she is bullied. When tragedy strikes, does she have the will to survive?
