Vanishing Point

Vanishing Point :oR: Doctor Mockingmockingbird's Useless Machine, part of the Floating Body series, is about Chester Mockingmockingbird who was born with a giant, floating, mechanical orb attached to the back of his head. This orb makes others believe he is a genius and some believe he is an evil genius. This allows him to gain his PhD in the arbitrarily chosen field: art history. Now, as he works at a university that stacks its faculty with equally inadequate supposed evil geniuses (including the beautiful, stylish, four-armed Meena Slovenicht with whom the social inept Chester seeks to bond), Chester must face the fear of teaching a class despite his complete lack of subject matter knowledge. Furthermore, the university arranges a fight with Doctor Maladroit and his giant robots to promote its new evil genius program. However, Chester is aided in his efforts by the mysterious force known as the Phamus who hide in the "vanishing point" and may ultimately teach everyone the meaning of evil.
