Scipio's Shadow

Scipio's Shadow follows the career of a young Marius who has suffered disinheritance due to political intrigue. It follows General Scipio's campaigns against Hannibal and his brothers. He achieves military honors, finds love, becomes Rome's top engineer and ultimately achieves the title 'First Man in Rome'.
