Dream House

When Steve Holman moves in to his newly purchased house, he finds that it is already inhabited -- by a sexually active ghost that visits him at night. But when his girlfriend begins acting strangely, and starts getting sick, Steve does a little research into the house's history. What he learns prompts him to have it out with the ghostly presence.
