The Misfits of Monrovia

A UN volunteer is kidnapped by a band of child soldiers in Liberia during the 1997 presidential election. Responsibility for the discovery of his whereabouts falls on a small organisation of hapless Irish aid workers, eccentric missionaries and well-meaning but ineffectual locals, leading to outlandish results.
