Rosa is an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), who learns the circumstances under which her superior, Paul an RN (Registered Nurse) has quit. Soon after he quits, a resident dies under mysterious circumstances. The same resident who recently put Paul into her will. Rosa stumbles into a situation she didn't look to be a part of. Will she make the right decisions?
