Halloween Pranks and Mischief

It is Halloween once again. Things have changed in the Gate city and Harry is being run ragged trying to keep up. His district used to be just the center of town but with the other guardians missing or just not yet assigned Harry has to run up to the north end and deal with a series of odd occurrences at one of the new high end hotels. With more new creatures and friends Harry finds out just what is up and what he can do to fix what he hopes is just a series of pranks and mischief.
