The Girl Next Door

He's obsessed with Casey, the girl next door, who tends to sunbath in a bikini right in front of his bedroom window. With her parents gone, he's asked to watch over her, and is forced to break up a party she has. She is, of course, grateful that he doesn't tell her parents.
