A Short Story about a man becoming aware of his surroundings and human condition. Stuck in the same "courtyard" night after night, he starts branching out as he tries to figure out what it all means. He drags his cynical Irishman friend on excursions that cause him to question what others are teaching while frustrating him as political correctness legitimizes them.
