The sequel to The Salt Pickers. Vladi had barely escaped St. Maarten just ahead of the clan of Caribes trying to kill him. All he had to do now was somehow get he and his girlfriend to Croatia, his country of origin. The Desmonte clan had witnessed his departure and were in close Pursuit across southern Europe.
