“Look, up there, a shooting star.” I laid a hand on his shoulder. He looked up and I circled my other arm around his chest. “Couldn’t you just stay here all night?” I whispered in his ear, close enough to smell his cologne. My body was pressed against his back, I could feel the heat radiating off him.
