The last thing Ula had expected when she turned her back on corporate life was to find herself pregnant at the 'eleventh hour'.

After all, she'd taken redundancy with the sole aim of establishing herself as a designer of 'new-fashioned’ contemporary lace. But her boarder's encouragement to widen her circle of friends has led to an unexpected short-lived relationship and consequences that threaten to derail her long-planned for 'sea change'.
