A serial killer is loose in Chicago. Detective Rebecca Foxx has her hands full trying to catch the murderer before he kills again. She has enough pressure without the overbearing FBI butting in. Special Agent Jordan Gray gets a special request from her boss to assist in the case. Tempers flare, but they soon learn they will need to put their differences aside if they want to catch the killer.
