Detective Allison Newberry is called to investigate the murder of renowned, but reclusive, inventor. This case is nothing simple, however, as Allison is saddled with a new partner, this unlikable Alistair Mooney, to say nothing of the lack of proper clues and the dearth of potential suspects.
