Conversations With My Childhood Self: A Japanese Girl's Life

True stories of a Japanese girl from a poor family in the 1970s, followed by fictional talks via meditation between the girl and her adult self about each event. Using her experience and spiritual beliefs, the adult is able to console and provide explanations for her childhood self that help overcome painful times. This healing of the child then reaches into the future to also heal the adult.
