Lane Harper, a bookie, played safety for the Dallas Cowboys has math skills at the genius level.
Just out of prison, busted for bookmaking, Harper meets a dying woman who convinces him she’s his mother and then confesses to a 1966 bombing in California where innocents were slaughtered. She tells about his father who was killed in a plane crash twenty-five years earlier.
