This cookbook was created by the parishioners of Our Lady of the Valley Parish of Hemet, California in 1987 and contains hundreds of original family recipes for appetizers, main and side dishes as well desserts. Also included in this eBook edition are recipes for baking breads and pies and other sweet treats. There is even one new recipe by our present pastor and editor.
