Hooker Wife – Joanie had a past that her husband Frankie did not know about. As many girls before her had done, Joanie sold her body to horny men for money to pay for her education. When Joanie meets Frankie at the campus library, she backs away from selling herself and they marry shortly after graduation.

For Joanie, she felt she had no other option while in school; she had to have money to live on. However, the excitement and thrills she had experienced were worth far more than money to her. One night while her husband is out of town on business, she cruises a nearby hotel club and offers her services to a hotel guest.

Occasional forays to night spots around town takes time she rarely has so one afternoon she hits the streets on an area called Tenth Street where the whores openly advertise their bodies to men in cars. She realizes that it never was about the money.

This is a story of addiction and compulsion to the world’s oldest profession.
