A group of armed men force their way in Professor John Smith's software lab, execute all the graduate students, steal the advanced chip, leaving Professor Smith for dead on the floor. Bob Forrester is a CIA operative. He must find the people who carried out this horrendous crime and return the chip to the University. In the wrong hands the chip can do great harm.
