When Kristal falls for Saxon, she knows that some sort of monster is torturing him as she succumbs to the demon of anorexia. He disappears shortly after receiving a guitar for his birthday and returns several years later as a rock star, giving her the cold shoulder. Kristal refuses to give up on him, even after learning about his taste for blood. Together they'll battle one of the Dark Ones.
