It’s 1968, a time of social upheaval. Sky Daly travels from Montana to California, a center of the radical movement. Her desperate attempt to preserve her lifestyle clashes with the hippies’ protests for change. Returning home tragedy strikes and threatens the family ranch. She is forced to leave, but eventually returns in a desperate attempt to save the ranch and realizes that change is needed.
