A Husband Equals...A Glass Ceiling?

Could this be the biggest, possibly hidden reason why many women under-achieve in life, that is, fail to achieve their own legitimate, possible dreams?
I understand that many women might want to look after children or the home in their marriage. I think that this is fine. I also understand that some husbands might ask this of their wives. I believe that this is also fine. However, what if a husband kept his wife back from her dreams only because of his insecurities?
