Retired fire fighter Hawk and his wife, Susan, open their home and ranch to girls who’ve landed in the foster system. Determined to make a difference in the girls’ lives, the couple adopts three misfit dogs. Training them to be search-and-rescue dogs and therapy dogs has the potential to give the girls meaning and purpose.
