Sammy Page, raised an outlaw, has stayed close with his best friends even though they have become detectives in robbery homicide. After marrying the woman of his dreams he tries desperately to change, when his best friend, Det. Mark Stevens identifies him on a surveillance tape where a luxury liner has come up missing and the owners, a husband and wife, brutally murdered.
