Atlas Shrugged is a novel by Ayn Rand that was published in 1957. The moral of the story is that Politicians usually over-respond to a crisis.

I believe that Atlas has shrugged and businesses have revolted against the average person and The Federal Govt.

Businesses have a record 2 Trillion in CASH yet they are not hiring.
