Jimmy Kimmel was born in Brooklyn, New York, on November 13, 1967. In 1997, Kimmel made the leap from radio to TV, as host of the game show Win Ben Stein's Money. 2 years later on, he established a production company called Jackhole Industries. As soon as he had numerous favorite programs under his belt,ABC showed an interest in him as a potential late evening host.
