Grounded Berg

Mostly the residents of the island tolerate Polly's presence. As an off-worlder she's never going to be quite accepted, and the pilot Abigail is her worst antagonist. Being stuck in an aircraft with her is not Polly's idea of a good time. But when a trawler hits the rocks, the flight suddenly becomes a life or death mercy dash. As an anthropologist, Polly never expected to be hanging out the side of a VTOL winching stranded sailors from the freezing water.
