Weber, a U.S. Air Force surgeon in Kosovo, steps into a Serb paramilitary’s setup, as having killed and mutilated Kosovar Serbs and Albanians. Collectively, these atrocities become known as The Kosovo Incident. To survive, Weber reverts from healer to warrior.
