The life of Timur - Tamerlane interested me because his troops once marched through the villages of Caucasus. One day, his headquarters was almost at the point where now is the town of Kislovodsk. What was the purpose of his congests? That I am trying to understand in the course of writing this book. I hope that readers will be interested to learn about the accomplishments of Timur.
