Fire In The Sky

A surface to air "stinger-type" missile is purchased at a gun show. It is fired, "just for fun" from his dad's boat by a stupid guy showing off to his girl. It turns, and brings down a 747, in a TWA800 like crash. Terrorists take responsibility for it, and a plot unravels, with, at its center, the President of the United States.
