A young, American woman, Cerise, stumbles upon a mysterious bookshop in London while on vacation. An ancient tome ensnares her and Cerise soon discovers she is lost in a new world, destined to be the concubine of the Serpent King. Her journey is interrupted by a trio of renegade werewolves led by the devastatingly handsome and brooding Keir who claims Cerise for himself and the pack.
