1958. Scotland Yard Murder Squad try to solve five killings and an old murder case when the accused is acquitted. Then, someone decides to emulate Jack the Ripper and create carnage in Whitechapel. The killings continue and, worse, several of the police become victims of the same killer. Do some of the senior detectives have dark secrets to hide? Everyone, it seems, has his or her own demons.
