After a body pops up in the spring runoff of the Rankin River, the sleepy town of Wiarton may never be the same. The murdered man, a wealthy Irishman backing a casino bid for the Bruce Peninsula, had apparently also tangled with both the mafia and the IRA. Local tempers flare when police question some young Natives as possible suspects.
