Through her aura, Maya gains a surreal group of friends in Vancouver. She even gets a bit part in a vampire movie. The only trouble is that her aura is now so strong it is scary dangerous.
As she learns how to control her aura, the mousy girl from the cafe blossoms into a sophisticated woman.
