When Paula Martin, an advertising executive in 2007 San Diego California, buys a box of old photographs, she discovers a picture of a young woman who looks exactly like her. The girl is a daughter of a miner from 1907 Oro Belle, Arizona. Through a twist of fate, the girls exchange places in time. Now they must live each others lives until they can figure a way back to their own time.
