Watching Earth

Ten Centuries ago, on a far, far away planet known as Medellis, the World Conference of Alliance has just occurred. The world leaders known as World Judges have just agreed to outlaw sexual intercourse in an attempt to eliminate copulation, thereby to relieve the world hunger that has enveloped the entire planet.
Doctor and Lord Jeremiah Tolitha of the Rainwood region, and his fellow medical collogues of Medellis have warned the judges that this would be a grievous mistake for future inhabitants of the planet, but the judges have made their decisions.
As extra steps to ensure that the inhabitants of the world don't multiply, an enforcement alliance known as The Order was established. Only the strongest, most powerful of all male winged inhabitants of the population was accepted into The Order. The Order’s primary task was to bring in all females of child-bearing age for emergency surgery to remove all reproductive organs. The inhabitants who refused to obey the new law was brought in and tried as terrorists, and executed. Any children born after the law was put in place were also put to death. A second method of population control was carried out in the form of certain medications applied to the inhabitant’s foods and public drinking water to destroy abilities for pregnancy. All this was done unbeknown to the normal citizen of the world.
For centuries, these Medellians have abstained from sex. Now with their world population nearly depleted, they must learn how to have sex again to repopulate and save their world. They turn to the one planet that can help them learn the age old copulation techniques~Earth. Are you willing to help out a needy neighbor???
