Reunion

When Tess was young, she invented an imaginary friend. His name was Buddy, and he was a very large horse. He was a companion and confidant when she had no one else to share her childhood and pre-adolescent pain with. But now Tess is celebrating her thirty-fourth birthday, and Buddy is back and not quite so imaginary any more. Her choice is simple – suspend disbelief, or turn her back on the best friend she ever had.
