Long ago, before my grandmother came to town, they are living on a mountain area. She had a cousin who was at the same time, their neighbor. He named Jake. He was very funny; he was 16 years old during that time.
In their place, there's a well-known witch that made them frightened. They were very afraid most especially at night time.
One day, while Jake was walking on his way home, he met the old woman who was well-known in their place. And this funny person sang “Aswang, hari ng kagubatan, siya ang hari ng kasamaan!” (Ghoul, King of Forest, He is the King of Evil!)
The old woman was so angry upon hearing the song, and said, “Watch out boy, the next time around, if it happened that we will meet again in the same path, even at daytime, I will teach you a lesson. A lesson that will make you shock for the rest of your life.”
Jake was so afraid, he cannot believed that the story about the old woman was true. Even their relatives from old generation told the same story.
One afternoon while Jake was walking through his was home, felt something different. It was very quite and solemn. There is no one except him when he saw a wild pig. It was following him so he stopped and said, “I know exactly who you are!”
And the pig got angry.
