Confessions of a Rebel Child

Set in central Fla. before it became the tourist mecca it is now, Confessions of a Rebel Child is a dialogue driven account of Sami and her return to a place she swore she would never step foot in again.
Her dad wins and she comes back to take over his business while he fights cancer. Old secrets, old friends, and old loves come back to haunt her as she uncovers one secret after the next, all while trying to keep hers hidden.
The inhabitants of Elmwood are true characters. and in true southern style-Taboos abound and are brought to light as she goes about surviving her first year home.
