In this installment Philbert and Tim start a business selling the Bimbo Maker product as a sex aid for married couples. It's a huge success, and men everywhere are turning their wives into bimbos. Women's groups protest, and the boys are called to testify at a Senate hearing. Is this the end for Bimbo Maker? Will it be banned from the market? Outlawed? Will the boys be thrown in jail? A women's group called WANK is out to get Philbert and Tim, and things look bad. Then somebody spikes the water supply in the Senate with Bimbo Maker. That's when the fun starts!
